DA BOMB LIMITED WARRANTY
All DA BOMB frames found by the factory to be defective in materials and/or workmanship within One (1) Year from the date of sale, the product will be repaired or replaced at the option of the Manufacturer, free of charge, (except for shipping or dealer labor charges where applicable) when received at the factory, freight paid.
．Proof of purchase is a condition precedent to coverage under the Warranty. Failure to prove purchasing the product
will result in the negation of the Warranty.
．Paint nishes and decals on all DA BOMB frames for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any effort to change a
DABOMB products paint nish or decals null and void warranty.
．All components and additions on frame-only DA BOMB products, including suspension forks and rear suspension
units, are warranted only by the manufacturer of that item. Any implied warranties in connection with such items are
disclaimed. DABOMB, at its option, will repair or replace the product covered by this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty only covers the original owner of the product. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and it provides for no cash or credit reimbursement. This Limited Warranty does not cover ISCG mounts and does not apply if the defect is the result of normal wear and tear, improper assembly, abuse, misuse, accident, improper maintenance, modication or alteration. Any implied warranties in connection with the sale of the product shall be limited in duration to the same period set forth above.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, and any implied warranties of merchant ability of tness for a particular purpose created hereby, are limited in duration to the same duration as the expressed warranty herein.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. DA BOMB shall not be liable for incidental or consequential injuries or damages directly or indirectly resulting from any alleged defects in the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary according to the state or country you live in. This Limited Warranty may not be extended, enlarged or otherwise modied by any DA BOMB dealer, agent or employee. DA BOMB does not assume any liability or make any warranty except as stated herein. DA BOMB dealers are not authorized to make replacements, adjustments or any different representations or warranties otherwise than as stated herein.
All claims in accordance with this Limited Warranty must be made through an authorized DA BOMB dealer, advising of all information in support of the claim. DABOMB is not responsible for shipping costs in connection with warranty service. If there is not a DA BOMB dealer in your area, please contact DA BOMB directly at: info@dabombbike.com.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
All warranties are subject to the consumer following maintenance guidelines and getting the bike assembled by a qualied mechanic. Any modication made by the user to DA BOMB products will render the warranty null and void.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover used or second hand-only owners of DA BOMB products. This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
．This warranty does not cover failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, and frame fading,
decal and paint work damage, rust, improper assembly, improper t, improper maintenance or use of unauthorized
parts.
．This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage, failure of bicycle used in any competitive event, including
bicycle racing, bicycle motorcross, stunt or similar activities or accessories inconsistent with the use intended by
DABOMB, will negate this warranty.
．This warranty does not cover failure due to unlawful acts on frame. The exception is the CR8 jump frame.
．This warranty does not cover damage to the frame in anyway using it as a bottle opener.
．This warranty does not cover the ISCG Bottom Bracket welding and/or bracket mount.
．This warranty does not cover natural phenomena, which result from operation of the bicycle such as vibrations,
sounds, or acts of God.
．This warranty does not cover the products when used by many and unspecied persons such as demos or rent-a-
bicycle businesses.
．This warranty does not cover when the products is used for racing purposes.
．This warranty is void if the product is painted, re-powder coated, and/or if the decals are removed after leaving the
factory.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Some DA BOMB products are designed for Off-Road use only.
They may not conform to State and Federal vehicle safety standards for operation on public streets, roads or highways in your area and may be illegal. It is your responsibility to check and abide by your state and local laws, rules and regulations.
